Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from California Vives.

What you buy

Digital products: operating system bundles containing documents, spreadsheets, templates, scripts and reference material. They are delivered electronically, immediately after payment.

Payment and tax

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, which collects and remits any VAT, GST or sales tax required on digital goods in the customer's jurisdiction. Prices shown are exclusive of those taxes unless the checkout displays them as included. The Merchant of Record appears on your receipt as the seller.

Licence

Each purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the files inside your own business, including for unlimited clients. You may modify the files. You may not resell, redistribute or republish them, in whole or in part, whether modified or not.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing campbelltrdbaja@gmail.com. We do not ask for a reason and we do not retain your data.

No advice

Nothing we sell is legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Documents in the packs are drafting aids and should be reviewed for your jurisdiction before you rely on them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time of purchase.
