What is an operating system here?
A complete, ready-to-use way of running that kind of business: the pipeline tracker, the paperwork, the stage-by-stage checklists, the metrics that matter, the AI prompts, and the automations that keep it running. It is a set of files, not a course or a subscription.
Is this just another template pack?
Templates are usually a single file. This is a system: the tracker feeds the checklists, the checklists feed the reports, the metrics feed the weekly review. The pieces are designed to work together, and they are generated from one engine so they are consistent.
How is it different from a Notion template?
A Notion template is a database you can duplicate. This includes the documents you send, the SOPs behind them, the prompts, the automations and the reference material. The Notion part is one folder out of seven.
Do I need to pay for anything else?
No. Notion, Google Sheets, Zapier and Make all have free tiers, and the bundled script runs anywhere Node runs. Everything in the pack works offline.
Can I get a refund if it is not for me?

Do you handle taxes?
Yes. Our Merchant of Record collects and remits VAT, GST and sales tax for digital goods worldwide. You get your net payout and declare it locally.
Will you update it?
Yes. Purchases include free updates. A new release is announced by email and lands on the download link.
