Dental Clinic

Recall, treatment plans and patient follow-up that keep the chairs full.

For single-location dental practices and small dental groups.

What this fixes

  • The recall list is not worked, so hygiene revenue leaks away → A recall sequence that converts on the day it is due
  • Treatment plans get presented verbally and never converted → Treatment plan follow-up that is automatic
  • No-shows quietly cost a chair a full slot → A no-show recovery flow that fills the slot
  • Patient questions arrive at reception during a busy hour → A front-desk script library for the questions you answer every day

The flow it implements

  1. New patient — SOP, checklist and templates included
  2. Exam — SOP, checklist and templates included
  3. Treatment plan — SOP, checklist and templates included
  4. Treatment — SOP, checklist and templates included
  5. Hygiene recall — SOP, checklist and templates included
  6. Reactivation — SOP, checklist and templates included
  7. Reviews — SOP, checklist and templates included

Questions

Is this legal or professional advice?

No. These are operational templates. The documents in the pack are drafting aids and must be reviewed for your jurisdiction before you rely on them.

Do I need Notion or Google Sheets?

No. Every file opens in any spreadsheet app, and the docs are plain Markdown and CSV. Notion and Sheets are conveniences.

What if it does not fit my business?

Edit it. That is the point. If you need a different vertical, ask for it — requests drive what gets built next.

Can I use it for unlimited clients?

Yes. One purchase, unlimited client use, permanently.

What if I want a refund?

Email campbelltrdbaja@gmail.com within 14 days. We do not ask why.
